How to Free up Your Faith to Work for You

Free up Your Faith to Work for You

In Jesus’ Name! It’s more than a phrase that we tack onto the end of our prayers. All that God is and does is represented in the Name of Jesus. The amplified Bible says when you ask in His Name, you present your requests to the Father on the basis of all that Jesus is. So you can boldly expect to have those requests granted, not because you’re worthy, but because He is!

What’s more, the Name of Jesus carries authority over all other names. In Philippians 2:9-11, the Apostle Paul tells us, “God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name; that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.”

The Bible says that faith comes from hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). Therefore, get into the word daily; "let the word of Christ dwell in you richly" (Col. 3:16), don't let your word level fall off, since low word level equals low faith level. Jesus assures us in John 14:14, "If you ask anything in my name I will do it." So, what could possible be hindering your blessings? Jesus said He'll do it!

Faith and Forgiveness Connection
But, few people realize just how closely connected faith and forgiveness are. Jesus taught that connection in His sermon on mountain-moving faith that’s recorded in Mark 11:22-26. He said, “What things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. And when ye stand praying, forgive.”

Jesus put those two sentences together on purpose. He wanted us to know that releasing those who have wronged us is fundamental to receiving from God. He wanted to impress on our hearts the fact that we cannot have our prayers answered and hold a grudge in our hearts at the same time. Unforgiveness blocks the faith channel and keeps you powerless against the mountains in your life!

Watch this video "The Unforgiving Servant" and note the verdict. (Matthew 18:21-35 KJV)

Faith and Love Connection
Have you ever wondered what faith and love have to do with one another? How are they connected? This is what Galatians 5:6 says about faith, “It works by Love;” that means, it is energized by love. Faith is put into motion when love is present.

Why is that so? We are to be in love at all times; walk in love, which covers a multitude of sins. In fact, we see in Galatians 6 that our love walk is connected to everything we do in life as believers, including our faith. Paul makes it quite clear that faith without love is going nowhere; because it is dead (James 2:14-26).

It's already done! Jesus has already made the provision available for you. He said, "I will do it." Now you can take Him at His word. So, if you’ve been praying for something and you just can’t seem to get an answer, check your heart for unforgiveness. Ask the Holy Spirit to bring any grudge that’s hidden there to light. Unclog the channel of faith and you will soon see things you’ve been praying for come to pass.

God bless you.

God Wants You Praying for Leaders

Why should we pray? We should pray because God has given us great and glorious promises and when we pray and ask for things that are in accordance with His will , He will give us what we ask for (1John 5:14-15).

The idea of praying for leaders is not new, the Apostle Paul wrote in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people; for kings, and all those I authority, that we may live quiet and peaceful lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

Peace and Prosperity
God told the Israelites living in exile to pray for Babylon: “Seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper” (Jer. 29:7).

Think about that for a moment! God has reserved the right to override the will of leaders, if needs be, to ensure that His people are governed according to His will. What’s more, God will hear the prayer of any government leader; even if he is the worst reprobate in the whole world. He heard the prayer of king Nebuchadnezzar; and believe me, that mean He will listen to any leader.

God pleads with Leaders
You see, Nebuchadnezzar was king of Babylon. He was an ungodly ruler of an ungodly nation. However, he had taken captives from the land of Judah, and had some of God’s people under his authority; so, God began to deal with him.

Again and again, God warned him, “Nebuchadnezzar, you’re going to lose your mind if you don’t straighten up.” And sure enough, he went just as crazy as could be. He stayed that way for years too. Then one day he cried out to God and God heard him.

Despite his status as a heathen king of a heathen nation, God intervened repeatedly in Nebuchadnezzar’s life and heard him when he finally cried out for help. Why? Because he had God’s people under his rule! That same principle still holds true today. If we’ll open the way through prayer, God will deal with our leaders.

How to Pray for our Leaders
First, if we’re uncertain that they know Jesus, we should pray for their salvation. But whether or not our leaders are Christians, we should pray that God would guide them as they serve us. We should pray that they be wise and discerning, and surrounded by helpful advisers.

We know that God has placed our leaders in authority over us (Rom. 13:1), and we can ask Him to use them to perform His will. Romans 13:1 say “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”

We should also pray for their protection. When praying for pastors or ministry leaders, we can pray for them to have strength in the midst of spiritual warfare and to remain encouraged in the Lord. We can pray for their families, who often feel scrutinized and bear an extra load.

Pray God’s Will
Let us not have selfish motives as we pray for our leaders, but pray so that our leaders can affect the conditions we live in and have an impact on our families, our churches, our workplaces, our cities, and our countries. When those in authority are obeying the will of God, it is easier to “live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness” (1 Tim. 2:2).

If we’ll humble ourselves in unity and pray, God can change the injustice and corruption that exist in our country, or any country for that matter. He’ll change the hearts of everyone to ensure that His children are governed justly, and prosper in every area of our lives. Rise up and be a Prayer!

Obey My Voice

God said, “Obey My Voice”
Do you ever have trouble hearing from God? Do you find yourself caught in confusing circumstances needing guidance, and yet even after praying and reading the Word; you’re still not sure what God wants you to do?

I’ve had that experience. I knew His written Word and acting on it changed my life. But I was uncertain when I had to make decisions about things the Word didn’t specifically address. Things like whether to change from one job to another, or to relocate from one place of residence to another, for example.

An Inward Witness
What held me back was my inability to know for certain that I was doing the right thing. You see, God’s written Word and the inward witness are two different things. However, they never contradict each other, but they’re both vital to our walk with God.

In the Old Testament for example, God expected Israel to obey His written Word. But He also said to them, “Obey my voice” (Jer. 7:23) because He wanted them to know His Will in specific situations. That’s just what happened when Israel invaded Jericho. They heard God’s voice and acted upon it with astounding success.

Where else do you believe they would have gotten that outlandish battle plan? It wasn’t written in the Law of Moses; and certainly, no four-star general would suggest a “seven day march around a city” as the most effective form of invasion!

How does God speak to us?
But exactly how, you may wonder, does God speak to us? Does He just shout down to us from heaven? Not usually! Romans 8 says the Holy Spirit bears witness with our spirit; that means, God’s directions come from inside, not outside, of you. Follow God’s instruction to Joshua (Jos. 1:8), get familiar with God’s voice by meditating and studying the word of God.

At times when you receive His guidance, you may even wonder, “Was that me, Lord, or was that you?”  That’s because God doesn’t normally inject thoughts directly into your mind from the outside. Instead, He speaks to your spirit, and your spirit translates it into a thought.

Here’s what you can do! Tune in today to that inward witness, to that quiet knowing, that urging, prompting and leading arising within you. If when you hear it, it sounds like you, don’t be surprise; it is you! It is your spirit being influenced by the Spirit of God!

After you’re born again, your spirit begins to receive guidance from God because you are born of God’s Spirit. You have His nature; and the Holy Spirit lives in your spirit to teach you and to give you direction.

When young Samuel heard is name called he thought it was Eli calling for him because he had not yet known the Lord. But after he was instructed how to recognize God’s voice, his response was different and thereafter, his life was changed forever. Your life is about to change for the better! God is speaking, are you listening?

You Can Be Healed Now!

Why do so many believers fail to receive their healing that they were promised in the Bible? It’s because they don’t believe and agree with the Word of God. Jesus said, “By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.” (Matt. 18:16 NKJV)

You’ve been there many times, standing in the valley of decision, perched precariously between victory and defeat. On one side of you is the word of the world authored by Satan that says, for example, “You’re not going to get healed.”

On the other side of you, the Word of God is saying, “My Word is yea and Amen” and “By His stripes, ye were healed.” So, who will determine how it will all turn out? You will! You’re the established witness!

A brother once shared this conversation, “I remember a fellow who once wanted me to pray for him. I said, “Now the Word said you’re healed.” He interrupted me and said, “Yeah, I know it says that, but I’ve got this terrible pain here...”

I looked him in the eye and said again, The Word says, “By His stripes, you were healed.” “I know it,” he answered, “but I’ve got this terrible…” He turned beet red. “I KNOW IT SAYS THAT, BUT I’VE GOT THIS…”

Finally, he stopped and starred at me. He didn’t realize it, but he’d allowed his physical symptoms to become his evidence. It was what he believed. No matter what the Word said, he believed the thing he could see and feel.

But when he got quiet, I said to him, “look, you want me to agree with you and you’re mad because I won’t. But if I agree with you, you’re going to die. Now, if you’ll agree with me and the Bible, you can get healed.”

Suddenly, he saw it, his eyes lit up. “Oh, praise God! I see what you mean. I agree with the Word of God!” I put my hands on his head and God healed him instantly.”

You see, when he finally decided to get in agreement with God, he could have received in his bedroom or driving down the road or anywhere else. He could have received any time he decided to become the establishing witness.

You pray and establish your witness; that’s your part. If you’ll do it, God will back you… and when He backs you, everything else either has to get in line or get out of the way. You’re the deciding witness. You can be healed right Now! What do you say?

If You're Not My Enemy Then Who's!

Do you know why so many believers are losing the battles in their lives? It’s because they’re fighting the wrong enemy! They’ve been deceived to believe that just because a person said or did something to hurt or offend them; that person is the one they need to fight. But they’re wrong!

You see, the Bible says that we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood; and since people are definitely flesh and blood, they’re never the source of our problem. So, if you waste your time fighting flesh and blood, your “real enemy” will get away scot-free. So, stop the divisive rhetoric!

Who is that real enemy? You’ll find the answer in Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Satan and his demons are our lifelong enemies! They’re behind every personal and national outrage we encounter. They’re hell-bent to kill, steal and destroy! The people who hurt you and persecute you are only Satan’s tools, and sadly, many believers have joined forces with the devil to carry out his bidding. When he wants to strike out at you, he uses them to get the job done.

But it doesn’t have to be that way; we can fight back with prayer for ourselves, our family, and our nation. You may be thinking, “Can a few people like us actually change a whole nation?” Let me ask you this, “Can one demonic person change a nation for the worse? Absolutely, Hitler did it and plunged Germany into a world war, didn’t he?

If the devil’s power resting on one man can change a nation for the worse, you can be sure that a group of men and women with God’s power resting on them can change a nation for the better. No nation is so far gone that God can’t change it. Israel proved that. Why, even when it didn’t exist, the devil couldn’t destroy it; God raised it back up before his very eyes.

I want you to notice something in this passage of scripture taken from 2 Chronicles 7:14; it says, “If MY people, which are called by MY name …” God didn’t say it would take everybody in the nation to get things turned around, He said, “If MY people…” So, if you’re God’s child, then it includes you!

Notice also that He didn’t say, “If my people will get out there demonstrate and sign petitions and drum up a majority vote…” He said, we should “Pray.” In other words we’re going to have to quit trying to work this thing out by ourselves. God Himself will do the healing in our lives and this land.

Our job therefore, is to “Humble ourselves and Pray,” to believe and to seek God’s intervention, because the problem is a spiritual one; the solution is not in a man, a group or an institution. Only God can bring the healing that we so desperately need!

When you get into the word of God and start activating God’s promises, using it like the sword of the Spirit, the enemy gets scared. So, when someone hurts you, don’t become sidetracked into fighting them; bind the spirit, put flesh and blood battles behind you, and war with the weapons of the Spirit of God. Zero in on Satan, with the authority given to you from God’s word, and bring your real enemy down.

Using the Scriptures to expose Satan’s lies and temptations is the most effective way to strive against and defeat them. “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7). It is important to read the whole verse! Resisting the devil must be accompanied by submitting to God. A disobedient or unsubmissive believer will not see victory.

Remember this, Persecution is not the manifestation of another person’s hate for you; but rather it’s a manifestation of Satan’s fear of what you can do! Therefore, stand up and fight the good fight of faith, putting on the whole armor of God that you’ll be able to stand in this evil age. Seek God today and pray; prayer changes things!

How to Evangelize Family and Friends without turning them off!

Sharing the gospel with others can be difficult, and it can become even more difficult when it involves someone with whom we have close emotional ties like our family and friends.

The Word of God tells us that some people will be offended at the gospel (Luke 12:51–53). Nevertheless, we are charged to share the Good News (Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 3:15).

So, how can we evangelize our family members, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances? The most important thing we can do is pray for them.
  • Pray for wisdom to know how to best minister to them (James 1:5).
  • Pray that God would convince them of His love for them, and their need for salvation through Jesus Christ (John 3:16).
  • Pray that God would change their hearts and open their spiritual eyes to the truth of the gospel (2 Corinthians 4:4).
We must be eager and bold in our actual sharing of the gospel. Always be ready to speak of our faith (1 Peter 3:15), doing so with gentleness and respect; proclaiming the message of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9–10).

There is no substitute for personally sharing the gospel: the bible says “Faith comes from hearing the word of God,” and the word is about the Good News of Jesus Christ (Romans 10:17).

In addition to praying and sharing our faith, we must also live godly, sober Christian lives in front of our family, friends and acquaintances; so they can see the change God has made in our lives (1 Peter 3:1–2).

At the end of the day, we must leave the work of salvation in the lives of our loved ones to God. It is God’s power and grace that saves people, not our convincing words or articulate delivery.

The best we can do for them is to pray, witness to them (John 3:16 and Acts 2; 38), and live the Christian life so that they will see Christ in us the hope of glory. The bible says it is God who gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6). God bless you!

Prayer of Faith Gets the Job Done

Are all your needs met today? If not, why not? According to the Word of God, it’s either because you’re not praying about them at all or because when you do pray, you’re praying incorrectly.

So, what does it mean to pray incorrectly? In many cases it means to pray without expecting results. Many believers do that, you know. They use prayer as a kind of spiritual wishbone; in other words a ritual. “This probably won’t do much good,” they think, “but who knows? It won’t hurt to give it a try.”

If you want to test whether someone believes that God will answer the prayer they just offered on your behalf, ask them “what’s going to happen now?” If they respond, “We’ll have to wait and see.” Then you know it’s a futile prayer. But if they say, “God is going to answer” or “God is going to meet your need,” then you know, it was a prayer of faith (Heb. 11:6).

If uncertainty has been your attitude to prayer, then change it; else, you’re just wasting precious time beating the air! Start getting serious about prayer.
  • Stop praying just because it’s proper.
  • Stop praying just because someone insisted you do when you were a child growing up.
Start praying to get results! Pray “in the Name of Jesus” according to the Word of God and begin expecting to receive what you ask for every single time. You may be thinking, “Isn’t that a little presumptuous?” No! But it’s bold, and you’ve a scriptural right to be bold. Let me tell you something I know about Prayer, if it doesn't change your circumstance, it will change you!

According to the Word of God, you have a standing invitation from your heavenly Father to “come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need” (Heb. 4:16). Who would not take up that offer? I think you should do just that! Now having boldness by a new and living way, let’s draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith for He’s faithful that promised (Heb. 10:19-23).

So, did you know that, according to the Word of God, there’s no lack in the body of Christ? Everything we could ever need, every problem we could ever face has been covered by the blood of Jesus. His “exceeding great and precious promises” (2Pet.1:4) have supplied it all.

Why then do so many of us keep on suffering lack? Because we haven’t, as Hebrews 5:13 says, become skillful in the word of righteousness. It takes skill to apply the Word of God. Sometimes we just sling the word around and try to use it any old way.

According to Ephesian 6:18, prayer is a weapon for the believer. Who wants to be careless with a weapon? But isn’t that what we do? We must however; use the weapon wisely against the enemy to get results. Instead, we pray some ignorant prayer and then say, “Oh well, God knows what I mean” then expect it to be answered. Oh no, that kind of approach will not yield results!

Consider this, we live in an “instant” society where everything is quick and easy; and too many of us are letting that instant mentally penetrate into our walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. When someone needs healing, we dab a little oil on the forehead and say, “Glory to God!” then move on to something else. Often it doesn’t take any longer than “In the name of Jesus be healed!” But sometimes there’s something else that must be done.

The time has come for us to shake off that “instant” mentality and realize that there’re situations where we’re going to have to take some time to pray in the Holy Ghost; times when we’re going to have to sit and listen for God’s instructions.

So, if you’ve come up short in any area of life, whether it’s healing or finances or anything else, determine to develop your word skills where that area is concerned. Get out your bible,
  • Read through all the Healing scripture,
  • Read through all the Miracle scriptures.
  • Read through all the Promises of God.
  • Read through all the Blessings of Abraham.
Meditate on them. Ask God to speak to you through them and to enlighten you about the situation you’re facing. Don’t just sling the word around; dig into it. Fellowship with your Father over it and let Him show you how to apply it skillfully and faithfully, and eventually, you’ll lack no good thing.

Finally, when you go to God in full assurance of faith, with Spirit inspired prayer; you do know what He’s going to do, right? He’s going to answer you. He’s going to meet your need exactly as you asked Him. Start expecting Him to do it today. God bless!

Let us Arise and Build

Despite the relentless opposition of Sanballat and his associates, Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem even in difficult times. But when the enemies saw the wall being built they purposed to attack and prevent it from happening. Therefore, don’t be afraid of the enemy, fight for your brothers, for your children, for your family and for your future.

Speak Faith-filled words! That’s what changes things. They’ll move mountains into the sea. They’ll turn sickness into health. They’ll turn a sinner into a saint. They’ll also take a sin-laden nation and turn it into Gods own country.

That’s right! If we believers would back up the prayers we’ve been praying for this nation with words of faith instead of doubt and discouragement, we’d soon begin to see spiritual revival in our country.

You see, God promised us that if we, His people, would humble ourselves and pray and seek His face and turn from our wicked ways, He would heal our land (2 Chron. 7:14). Now, let me tell you, He’ll do it. Yes, you can take that to the bank! There're people praying all over this country doing just what that promise requires. Join those who are already storming the mercy seat of God and see what great things He’ll do for us.

But, even so, you don’t hear many people saying, “This is great! God is healing the land.” You don’t hear people speaking out by faith the promise of God. Instead, you hear them saying, “Oh my, did you hear what those terrorist are doing?” or some other destructive thing they’ve seen on television.

Listen, if we speak death, we’ll reap death (Prov. 18:21). Stop magnifying what those terrorists and the opposition are doing, and start telling what God is doing! God said He is healing this land. Do you love this country? Stand up for justice, stand up for liberty, stand up for righteousness and be a patriot. The position you take today is creating the future for your children. What will that look like?

We must start speaking about this country by faith instead of going around repeating Fake news all the time. Of course, that will sound odd to most people. Some of them may believe we’ve gone over the edge. But that’s nothing new. Remember, God is a present help in times of trouble (Psa. 46:1).

Let me tell you something. One small group of believers who are listening to, trusting in and speaking out God’s word are more powerful than all the devils on earth.  One small group of believers is more powerful than a whole army of unbelieving doomsday prophets. Their unbelief will not make the faith of God of no effect!

Learn to turn a deaf ear to all the Fake news floating around today. Stay focused on the accomplishments and just start praising and thanking God for His intervention and deliverance. Every word of praise we speak today releases faith in our heart and encourages others.

Demonstrate your God-given faith by taking a firm stand that things are changing for the better in this country. Settle that in your heart right now as you pray and speak it out. “Call forth those things that be not as though they were” (Rom. 4:17); God is healing the land!

All things are possible with God’s help, therefore “Let us arise and build!” (Nehemiah 2:11-20).

If My People!

If My People is a much-needed call to prayer for our nation and leaders during a time of unrest, political transition, and turmoil.

On March 20, 2015, at Convocation, North America's largest weekly gathering of Christian students, U.S. Congressman Trey Gowdy spoke to students about their identity and conviction.

It is my hope that you would be inspired to turn to God for His guidance and wisdom to face the challenges that life unleashes on us each and every day. Therefore, let us get into the habit of turning to God and trusting HIM no matter what.

I invite everyone who truly cares about America to take a moment to listen and reflect on this speech.

“…if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14 NIV).

There are numerous promises of God in Scripture. However, in each promise, God pledges that something will (or will not) be done or given or come to pass. These are not flippant, casual promises, they are rock-solid, unequivocal commitments made by God Himself.

Because God is faithful, the recipients of the divine promises can have full assurance that what God has pledged will indeed be realized (Numbers 23:19). Here are just a few of the promises that God has made:
  • God promised that if we search for Him we will find Him (Deuteronomy 4:29).
  • He is not playing hard-to-get. “Our God is near us whenever we pray to him” (Deuteronomy 4:7).
  • God promised protection for His children (Psalm 121). He was the vigilant watchman over all Israel.
  • God promised that His love will never fail (1 Chronicles 16:34). He is faithful in every way.
As God promised Israel that their sin could be forgiven, their prosperity restored, and their nation healed (2 Chronicles 7:14); so, He will do the same for us if we trust Him.

Repentance is always an excellent place to start. It opened the road to fellowship and blessing. God promised blessing for all who will delight themselves in His Word (Psalm 1:1–3).

Simple faith has its rewards. God promised salvation to all who believe in His Son (Romans 1:16–17), and promised peace when we pray (Philippians 4:6–7). His peace is protection. It will “guard your hearts and your minds in Christ.” God promised to supply our needs (Matthew 6:33; Philippians 4:19).

We are called to be His people to do His will on earth and we are given special privileges. “In biblical times, a name was more than just a personal means of identification. Names conveyed authority, character and even displayed a certain fate and/or destiny. God’s name encompassed His whole identity. It expressed His power and His omnipresence. His name clearly defined His relationship to His people.”

God says we are His people, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light” (1Pet. 2:9). To be called by God’s Name means that we are an elect people, chosen to spread His light around us.

Today, if we were to take out only one thing out of this verse, let it be this truth: God calls us ‘My people.’ We belong to the Sovereign Lord, the same God who sent His only Son as a ransom for us. He is the same God who will come again to judge the earth.

Mountain Get Out of My Way

Today, I feel the urge to speak a word of encouragement over your life. So, if you’re sick and medicine has failed you, if you’re facing a crisis (financial) in your life, if you’ve done absolutely all you know to do, and you still haven’t gotten the result you seek, don’t despair. God has you covered!

What would you think if I told you that you could live without fear? Would you believe it if I said, “despite what you’re going through right now, you could be perfectly at peace?” Impossible? No!

You see, fear isn’t just a reaction to external circumstances. It’s actually a tool of the devil, designed to let you doubt God’s promises. In fact, fear is Satan’s primary weapon of choice and it’s totally destructive. The devil’s plan is to steal your joy, because he knows that the joy of the Lord is your strength.

If you lose your joy, then you’re more susceptible to the lies and tricks of the devil. He acts in response to fear; but God moves in response to faith, “without faith it is impossible to please God.”

An excellent example of this is found in Matthew 14 when Jesus invited Peter to come to Him on the water. But when Peter saw the boisterous wind, he was afraid and began to sink, then he cried, saying Lord, save me (V. 30).

What enabled Peter to walk on the water? Courage! No, it wasn’t courage; it was his faith in the word of Jesus. But what caused Peter to sink? It wasn’t the boisterous wind about him; it was his fear of it! He looked at his circumstances, gave into the fear, and the result was defeat. If Peter had kept his focus on Jesus, his faith would never have wavered.

So, all the turmoil in the world and crisis you’re faced with cannot defeat you. What can separate you from the love of God? Nothing (Rom. 8:31-39)! Therefore, no temptation (to doubt God’s promises) has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1Cor. 10:13).

Where’s your faith? Faith is developed by meditating on God’s word. Fear increases by meditating on Satan’s lies. Such fearful meditation is called worrying. Don’t do it! God has already determined the plan that He has for you, and no devil in hell can hinder God’s blessing from manifesting in your life.

The word of God is the sword of the spirit. So, if you have sinned, confess your sin, because He is faithful and just to forgive you. Now use the word to fight Satan’s lies every time he comes against you. Hold up your shield of faith and quench all of his fiery darts.

If God saw you to it, He’ll be with you through it! Speak words of faith over your life daily and fear will depart. Though your crisis seem like a mountain, it will move. Say, “mountain, get out of my way!” Remember, “God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2Tim. 1:7). Faith says, “Forgetting All I Trust Him” (God). Therefore, let faith work for you; trust God.

The People of America Have Spoken!

Dear Fellow Citizens of America,
The General Election is over and a new day dawns across the land. I implore you to let peace prevail with the exercise of civil obedience and justice across this nation. God, on various occasions spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken again and has appointed us a new President and Vice President in the person of Donald J. Trump, Businessman and Michael R. Pence, Governor of Indiana from 2013 to 2017.

God is Sovereign
It is "GOD who sets up kings, and takes them down." The bible clearly teaches that it is God and not man who appoints rulers over the affairs of men: “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God” (Romans 13:1 KJV).

All through the bible we see God set up kings for a purpose, and take them down. Sometimes God raises up a ruler to bless His people, like He did with King David or to secure ones sovereignty as with Nehemiah. Sometimes He sets up a ruler by whom the people will be judged, as He did with Saul.

But God does not only set up kings over His own people, He sets up kings over all people. Such was the case with Pharaoh of Egypt; for the Scripture says to the Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth" (Romans 9:17 NKJV).

So, regardless of what the "enemy of righteousness" (Acts 13:10) wants you to believe, following their pernicious ways; they "walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities... and will receive the wages of unrighteousness" (2 pet. 2:10-19a).

Donald J. Trump is the new elected leader for the next four or possible eight years in American. He stood for life (Pro-Life), and took his message to the American people which voted overwhelmingly, against all odds, and won for him the Electoral College vote to be the 45th President of these United States of America.

Campaign Promises
He campaigned with specific promises as the reasons why you should vote for him and elect him to the office of president. Most presidential candidates are careful to not promise too much on the campaign trail. That was not at all the case for Republican front-runner Donald Trump who made several promises (some are listed here), by saying "if he were to win the White House," he promised to…

       1. Build a wall along the southern border.
       2. We’ll be able to say 'Merry Christmas' again.
       3. Get rid of Common Core because it's "a disaster."
       4. Replace Obamacare, Save Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security without cutting benefits.
       5. Remove regulations that prevents economic growth.
       6. Rebuild the country's aging infrastructure.
       7. Defund Planned Parenthood.
       8. Temporarily ban most foreign Muslims from entering the United States.
       9. Pick Supreme Court justices who are "really great legal scholars."
      10. Strengthen the military and take care of the Vets.

This is how Donald Trump’s candidacy began. On June 16, 2015 Business mogul Donald Trump gave a speech announcing his candidacy for the U.S. Presidency at Trump Tower in New York City. When he saw that there was moral decay everywhere, the economy was being mismanaged and illegal immigrants invading the country through the southern border. He knew that our country was in serious trouble. He recognized that it was time for him to offer himself to the service of the people of America "to give back the country into the hands of the people" and "Make America Great Again."

The Wall
There was a time in the bible when Nehemiah, while in exile in a foreign land, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were still broken down more than a half-century after the completion of the rebuilding of the temple, he "sat down and wept," fasting and praying before God (Neh. 1:4). Similarly, America has been overrun by undocumented immigrants some of which gained access by way of a porous southern border.

So, what are Mexico's illegal immigration laws? Under the Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to re-enter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Visa violators can be sentenced to six-year terms. Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals.

Donald Trump believe that America as a sovereign nation must enforce its borders because "a country without borders is not a country." Nehemiah knew that personally so he built a wall (Nehemiah 1:1-7:73), and Donald Trump promised to build a wall for the security of the citizens of America.

A Wall symbolizes boundaries or limits that keep out undesirables; but gives a sense of security, and demonstrate order within a society making it easier for everyone to get along. John 10:10 reminds us "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy." In the life of every Christian, there're at least 21 vital things the devil targets to rob you of.

Presidential Election
It is by law that the USA elects a President and Vice-President to lead the affairs of the country for a period of four years. As a result voters go to the polls and choose which candidate receive their states electoral vote. The candidate who receives a majority of electoral votes (270) wins the Presidency.

The people have spoken and we have a new President! But, could this ancient prophecy have anything to do with Donald Trump's victory? You may be surprised to learn what it revealed in "The Coming Landslide..."

Healing Process
It’s now time for the healing process to begin. It’s time to put aside our differences that divide us and work together as one people to build a nation suitable for the children of tomorrow. In 1 Peter 2 (NKJV) we read "Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious" (vv. 1-3).

Donald J. Trump was a chosen vessel, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious. He could not have won without the help of God; and will need our prayers and support to turn this country around.

The Way Forward
We have a leader who promised to work overtime to deliver on his promises to reform and lower taxes, boost our nation’s economy to grow, create new jobs, secure our borders and fix immigration, implement responsible trade policies, expand energy resources, strengthen the military, take care of the vets, and restore the world’s respect for America.

Given the huge challenge our country faces we must do all we can to strengthen our great nation in the months and years ahead. But we cannot make progress in getting America back on the path to prosperity and greatness without your standing behind the President, especially here in the crucial months of a new Administration.

Yes, the task is daunting; but with each one of us doing our part the country will make great strides forward to start winning again. So, let us resolve to do everything we can to support the President in making his goals for our nation a reality.

Submission to Government
Therefore, submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether to the President, to governors, to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good, because this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men; as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for lawlessness and sin, but as people of God. Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the President and Vice-President.

Pray for America
Accordingly, I exhort everyone that "first of all supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for the President and Vice-President, and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence because this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth" (1Tim. 2:2-4 NKJV).

God’s Promise
Only God knows the future, therefore, we should trust Him to lead us along the right path one day at a time. Here is God’s promised to America, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV).

Liberty and Justice
God wants to do a new thing in America. That new thing will positively impact the world, but we must be willing to turn from our wicked ways. "But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what God is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, and don’t take yourself too seriously, take God seriously" (Micah 6:8 MSG). In other words, we must act with justice, we must love to show mercy and we must be humble as we live in the sight of our God.

May God bless these United States of America as we work together to build a better future for all. To God be the Glory for the things He has done!

"Thank you, America. I will not let you down. I will always be your voice. I will always be your champion. Now it’s time to get to work – to unite, to prosper, to become stronger. Together, I have no doubt we have taken the first step to Make America Great Again!" ~ Donald J. Trump, President

Youth Want Raw Truth

Recently, I read an article from Charisma News that addressed the need for sound doctrine in our churches. It highlighted the failure of the modern church to impact the lives of the young by emphasizing the importance of reliance on the leading of the Holy Spirit in their lives.

The Apostle Paul was very much concerned about false teachers infiltrating the church that he admonished the Galatians against false leaders. This is what he had to say, “But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” (Gal. 1:8). Pretty strong, isn't it? But it's the truth!

Here is an excerpt from the article. I just received a disturbing report of two young pastors who, in their attempts to reach more youth and college age students, are toning down on all things Holy Ghost related. How can you possibly call yourself a New Testament church pastor and come to this conclusion? From where does this persuasion come from?

Unfortunately, this has become a disturbing trend across the country in many churches. Church worship resembles a rock concert performance (honestly, even Charismatics and Pentecostals know so little about true worship). Singers and musicians are like celebrities. Some of them even lead gay lifestyles and nothing is ever said.

Robotic predictable services are the norm. Being nice to everyone and tolerant of anyone living a sinful lifestyle is promoted. This is now the pop culture of a multitude of churches.
One honest question: What happens when youth discover the real Jesus, the real gospel, and the raw power of God? Let me inform you now before it all comes down. There will be a mass exodus from these apostate churches.

Any church that has left New Testament Christianity, which hinges on the demonstration of the Spirit and power of God, is apostate. Any church that has left the wisdom of God and put their faith in the wisdom and philosophies of men is a traitor to the highest cause.

Pastors, it is high time to openly preach the entire message of Jesus Christ, including the cross, the blood of Jesus, and hell. Youth want raw truth. They know they need something eternal that will never fade away. They want rock-solid ground to stand on, not fantasy-land sinking sand. Read the full article here from the Charisma News…

Jesus said, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up. Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit” (Matt. 15:13-14 ESV).
